Lake Arenal Fishing Tour

Policies & Conditions

Reservation & Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm the reservation.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid directly to the fishing guide, Alberto Zuñiga, on the day of the tour.
• Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
• In case of extreme weather conditions or unsafe lake conditions, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded at the operator's discretion.

Transportation Policy

• Transportation from the hotel to the meeting point is not included in the tour price.
• Transportation service may be arranged at an additional cost depending on the hotel or pick-up location.

Meeting Point & Arrival

• Meeting point: Bañadero del Lago, Nuevo Arenal
• Meeting time: 7:00 AM
• Guests are kindly asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early.
• Late arrivals may reduce tour time without refund.

Safety Policy

• All guests must follow the guide's safety instructions during the tour.
• The operator reserves the right to cancel or end the tour if weather or safety conditions become unsafe.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Liability

• Participants join the tour at their own risk.
• Visit Nuevo Arenal and the tour operator are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the activity.

Weather Conditions

• Fishing tours operate rain or shine unless weather conditions are considered unsafe by the guide or operator.
